Personal Data Collected when registering as an Omline Training client
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Omline Training at the time of booking a 1-2-1 session or workshop. This is for the purposes of being able to fulfil our work and business commitment to you.
All information gathered by Omline Training either on paper or through the online registration process is treated as confidential and will not be shared with a third party. Data that you give us is kept securely online and only viewed by Lucy Bannister, sole proprietor of Omline Training.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to Omline Training, in which case Omline Training may not be able to provide certain services to you.
How I use your Contact Information
When registering for a 1-2-1 consultation or a workshop you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Omline Training to inform you service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.
You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to Omline Training, which in some cases may mean that Omline Training is not be able to provide certain services to you.

Omline Training Mailing List
Direct marketing emails informing you of new, future or alternative services I am providing are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at www.mailchimp.com). When you purchase a service from me you will be invited by email to join my MailChimp email list. You have the ability to Opt-In at this point, and subsequently subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time.
You may also join the Omline Training at any time using my online sign-up form.
Phone Numbers
I may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent changes to our planned meeting. If you do not wish me to contact you in this way, please inform me at the time of booking your consultation or workshop.
